The MC4C Framework

Developed more than a decade ago, the MyCube4Change methodology (MC4C or MyCube) has helped thousands of people shift their behaviour.
At the heart of MC4C is a three stage experiential learning cycle linked into a framework of nine Change Levers that help you identify your next response.

MC4C is learning by doing, rooted in experienced-based learning.

Traditionally we learn by understanding, then applying – we call this rote learning and usually the learner plays a passive role. Experiential learning might be unfamiliar to you.

Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience, and is specifically defined as “learning through reflection on doing”. You do something first (you experience it), then you reflect back and the understanding comes after your experience and reflection.

The MC4C framework is designed to give you a structure and common language for your change process.
